I was in Doha for a quick business trip and chose this stay because of its convenient location near major attractions like Landmark Mall. The spacious room I had with a view of the city was impressive, especially after a long day of meetings. The breakfast offered a nice variety, and I particularly enjoyed the shakshuka. it was a flavorful way to start my day. Though the hotel felt a bit quiet during my stay, I had a restful experience overall.

Unfortunately, I faced several issues during my stay. Room service fell short by not replacing essentials like toothbrushes and shower gels, leading to frustration, especially after a week-long visit. Pool area cleanliness left much to be desired, with leftover food on tables and empty soap dispensers. Additionally, the breakfast menu disappointed with oily, tasteless options that lacked variety and flavor.

The staff treated us like royalty, always ready to assist and even prepared breakfast early on our last day. The room was stunning, and the service was impeccable.

However, the cleanliness near the pool area left much to be desired, with leftover food on tables and both soap dispensers empty. This put a dampener on the overall experience.

the location made it super convenient to visit oxygen park, just over 3 km away, and take leisurely strolls to some of the best local attractions, which made my stay even more enjoyable and fulfilling.

this hotel has potential, but where do I begin. first of all, the pool was completely empty and closed, and no one bothered to inform me until I arrived, talk about disappointment! also, I expected a room upgrade as compensation for my ruined vacation, but sadly, that was not in the cards. just couldn’t give a glowing review.

Special mention goes to the staff, particularly Rostom and Hamid, whose attentive service made my stay enjoyable and stress-free.
